We haven't placed a bid on any homes yet. We are going to see three more tonight. They don't appear to be the greatest houses but you never know, they each had something that made them stand out (house size, lot size, price). Also, this will allow us to finally concentrate on homes that are just coming on the market, instead of still trying to see everything that has just appeared and following up on houses that have been available for a while.
